Mr. Houtsma is admitted to practice law in Georgia, Florida and in United States District and Appellate Courts (N. Dist GA, Middle Dist. GA, & Northern Dist FL). He has been a licensed title agent in GA, FL, AL, MS, & LA and worked in conjunction with a national agency to offer closing services in all 50 states.
